Our Transaction Coordinator

Jamie Romjue brings years of experience as a Transaction Coordinator and previous years of experience as a Realtor®. As Jamie's TC business began to take off she made the decision to step away from licensed agent work and expand her new business. Doing this allowed her to focus solely on providing exceptional transaction coordination services to numerous agents all over Washington State.

Transaction Coordination Packages

Open Escrow and send PSA to all parties.
Split, upload, and organize documents.
Broker compliance.
Coordinate with all parties.
Collect missing docs and/or signatures.
Tracking deadlines.
Order home warranty and applicable items.
Complete commission disbursement.
Run brokerage commission.
Ensure final file compliance.

Prepare addendums upon request.
Send addendums for signatures.
Prepare inspection response.
